Using the site

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or Moonlight's rights.

Products, prices, and availability

Product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability may change. Moonlight works to keep information accurate, but obvious errors can happen. If an order is affected by a material pricing, availability, or description error, Moonlight may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it.

Unless the storefront says otherwise, prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping that may be calculated during checkout.

Ready-to-ship orders

Ready-to-ship products are sold from available inventory. Inventory can change quickly, and placing an item in a cart does not necessarily reserve it. An order is subject to successful payment and final availability.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made after purchase using the options submitted with the order. You are responsible for reviewing leather, hardware, thread, sizing, initials, spelling, and other personalization choices before submitting the order.

Custom production times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Cancellation or return eligibility may differ from ready-to-ship products because the piece is being made to your selections. The policy shown with the order at the time of purchase controls.

Handmade materials and variation

Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone, pull-up, scars, marks, and the way a piece develops patina can vary from photographs and from one hide to another. Handmade work can also show small variations from piece to piece. Those natural differences are not, by themselves, defects.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, customs, and other events outside Moonlight's control can affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns, cancellations, and order problems

Return and cancellation rules may depend on whether an item was ready to ship, custom made, personalized, damaged, or made incorrectly. The return or cancellation policy presented with the order applies. If Moonlight sends the wrong item or a piece arrives with a workmanship problem, contact Moonlight so the issue can be reviewed and made right where appropriate.

Site content

Moonlight's photographs, product designs, written copy, branding, graphics, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal use of the storefront does not transfer ownership of that content.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Moonlight is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by site interruptions, third-party services, carrier delays, or other events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes and questions

These terms may be updated as the storefront and its policies change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent using the contact information shown in the storefront or in an order confirmation.
